Please view our Outcome Management Report (pdf File) which details the demographics of the consumers served by ICS. The annual report breaks down our population by primary disability, ethnicity and age. It also presents the goals and actual statistics of how many employment placements were achieved, what wages our consumers are earning, and how many new ILS clients we served in the past fiscal year. Lastly, the report reflects our various sources of income and ICS' current System Plan update.

You are welcome to see the results of our annual Satisfaction Surveys. As an accredited agency, we are proud to have distributed, collected data on, and responded to the feedback of those surveyed for the past 16 years of ICS' existence. As mentioned above, ICS has been awarded our accreditation every three years through CARF. Founded in 1966 as the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities, the accrediting body is now known as CARF. Accreditation is a process that demonstrates a provider has met standards for the quality of its services. The standards guide providers in offering their services and CARF uses the standards to evaluate how well a provider is serving people and how it can improve.
