Through Independent Living Skills (ILS) Training, we help people develop routines in their daily lives to create and maintain independence.

ILS trainers provide a wide range of assistance, from achieving major life goals like renting an apartment, to mastering daily activities such as managing a schedule. We tailor our services to meet the needs of each individual and their circumstances, whether they are currently living with their parents, or they are already living independently.

Our trainers work with individuals in these key areas.

Job / Volunteer Prep

Transportation

Securing Housing

Searching for and applying for housing programs or rentals, as well as finding roommates.

Cooking and Cleaning

Training in grocery shopping, eating healthy and maintaining a neat home.

Social Development
