Through Independent Living Skills (ILS) Training, we help people develop routines in their daily lives to create and maintain independence.
ILS trainers provide a wide range of assistance, from achieving major life goals like renting an apartment, to managing daily activities such as cooking healthy meals. We tailor our services to meet the needs of each individual, whether they are currently living with family or they are already living independently.
