Our clients are the most important part of our organization. To ensure that our services are on track with the needs of the people we serve, and our community as a whole, we started a Client Advisory Committee. The committee is comprised of 15 ICS clients who help our staff evaluate the health of our programs and organization.
During our June CAC meeting, we discussed the challenges that people are facing in their jobs, and what ways ICS can adapt services to address those needs. We also reviewed and edited our Consumer Survey, which is taken annually by every client to assess our organization, staff and services. Then there was pizza, of course.
We're excited about the insight that our CAC meetings will provide, and about our clients partnering with us to shape our services. Stay tuned to hear about our next meeting in September!
